Terms of Service​

Your payment of the Order serves as your signature and your acknowledgment and agreement that you approve the price and all contents of the Order. In addition, the following terms apply to each Order:

1. All sales are final.

2. Orders may be cancelled up to three (3) days after the date of the Order for full refund, except for sale items.  All sales are final for all sale items.

3. All items are made to order and require a minimum lead time of 6-8 weeks. Kearsley will confirm actual lead time after placement of the Order.

4. You shall be responsible for the payment of sales tax, packing, shipping and any related charges on purchases.

5. No refunds available three (3) days after the date of the Order.

6. No exchanges.
